Kitchen tools are made from the wood of fruit tree that is considered a hardwood – apple, cherry, plumb, elm. Contoured form of the slice provides a comfort and pleasure for cooking. Hardwood allows the edge of the slice to be sharp-cut. The tools are oiled with an environmentally-friendly compound of beeswax and linseed which makes them damp-proof.
